Delete your Kirana Ledger account
Kirana Ledger lets kirana store owners create an account with a phone number. Requesting deletion permanently removes your account and all synced data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
How to request deletion
- Fill in your registered phone number and store name below.
- Submit the form to open an email to our support team.
- We verify ownership and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your user account and authentication tokens
- Store profile (name, address, owner name, phone)
- All customers, ledger entries, payments, products, and sync data linked to your store
What we may keep
Information we are required to retain by law, if applicable. Otherwise, we do not keep your personal data after deletion is complete.
Data on your device
Kirana Ledger stores ledger data locally on your phone for offline use. After your server account is deleted, uninstall the app or clear the app's storage on your device to remove remaining local data.
Retention period
We delete or anonymize your server-side data within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
